Changes:Living with Fibromyalgia

Changes

We do not have control over the fact time bring about change.   Season change, people change, days of the week change, and the scriptures says in  Ecclesiastes 3:1-8  To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. I must say today that I as sit her in a great deal of pain that my change will come.  I gain confidence from the word that there are brighter days ahead for me.   Due to the changes in the weather, my pain level tends to increase in my joints and the other areas of my body.   The pain that I experience never seems to go away, although there are days that I am more able to tolerate the pain that comes along with the disease of Fibromyalgia.  I work daily to change my attitude and thoughts about what I deal with.  I find myself looking for ways to learn more about the disease. I feel that if I educate myself then others around me will also have a better understanding.   I am grateful to God for the strength that he gives me on a daily basis.   On some days, I surrender to the pain and just have to be still and on other days, I press through just to do the simple things that many of you may take for granted.   I find it very difficult to keep moving on some day, but I know that I can’t quit.   I find peace in my walk with God and I pray that my change come sooner than later.

A few months ago, I started to make some changes in my life that I felt would help me to beat this disease, although the reports say there is not cure for Fibromyalgia there are ways to help individuals to feel better in reduce the pain and the intensity of the suffering.   I add an exercise routine into my daily schedule and I am sure that one would ask how you exercise when you are in so much pain.   I asked the same question.   I have learned that this does help out with being able to feel better in your body.  It is necessary a person that plans to add exercise that they get permission from their doctor and must transition into and exercise routine gradually.  Secondly, keep up with what you start.  That was my problem; I was unable to keep up with my exercise regimen due to the fact that I had to have surgery for other medical reasons.  I do plan on getting back to my routine because; I feel that that with being able to keep up with the exercise that in the long run there would have been good results for my pain tolerance.   I look forward to the day that I can say that my pain level is under control then saying: I am healed and PAIN FREE…..That is my ultimate goal.

5 Ways to use Golden Turmeric Paste Daily

Top 5 ways to use Golden Turmeric Paste Daily 1.Add to warm or cold milk. Golden turmeric milk is one of the most popular ways to take turmeric daily. Turmeric milk is extremely popular in Asian countries. With a dairy allergy, fibromyalgia and other digestion issues I use almond milk or make my own coconut milk as dairy is inflammatory and congestive. Simply add some turmeric paste in your milk and drink it. 2.Add to meat dishes and hot soups. Simply add a (large or small) dollop of turmeric golden paste. I’ve found I can ‘hide’ it in dishes with other stronger flavors. 3.Add to smoothies. There’s no limit to innovations you can do here. Experiment. Add turmeric golden paste to all kinds of smoothies and make your favorite ones even healthier. 4.Add it to rice. Golden Turmeric Paste can easily be added to rice. You can add 1 or more teaspoons after you have cooked the rice while still warm which enables smooth mixing. 5. ( My Favorite) Turmeric tea. You can add 1/4 te...
