There is not a day that goes by that I am not in physical pain. I pray each day for some relief and nothing seems to help to decrease the pain. I have realized that stress really does increase the pain. I work every day to press pass the pain. I get all my strength from God as he helps me. patience is a virtue. ...... Yesterday was a good day as it was my 43rd Birthday. Well I have decided to focus my energy on something more positive. .I have no control over how I feel, but I do have control over how I look.
