It's with in my reach....

So I have launched my 30 day "Challenge" to feeling better.  I have been doing some self evaluation to see just what I can do to improve how I am feeling.  As I am setting her I am watching Robin Robbins  has been on a 175 day of recovery which is very encouraging that there is recovery.  I know that my condition is not has serious as hers but her determination only drives me to want to push harder to feel better.  I now realize that it takes a true true push.  No matter how it looks you can never ever give up!  You can never give in.. I am determined to get my body on track.  The pain that I experience is like that of a tractor trailer that has just stop and not moving... Can you visualize that....it does not feel good you see.

On this week I have removed the bad oh Coca-Cola out of my life.   I was an committed Coca-cola drinker.  Not to say that I will never have it again, but to say I will not be drinking it everyday two and three times a day.  I have begun to replace it with more healthier drink choices, like water and natural juices that will better benefit my body. No, it is not easy, but yes it can be done.  On next week, I plan to get back to exercising  and trying to be more mobile.  I am determined to win.  I know I can do it.  I will keep you posted as the weeks carry on.  And to you my readers if you are struggling with something, you are not along with GOD you can.  He gives me the strength that we need.

30 day challenge!!!!

Plan to take several Small Trip to near by places during the year- long trips can be hard on the body. Many of us decline to travel because we know how it makes the body feel.   2. Plan ahead- This helps to decrease getting stressed out by being rushed to get everything together  3. Travel with other family members- this is goo because they can help out with the driving responsibilities if you have small children that can help with the driving.    4. Leave early-The reason for this is the to make sure that you have time to stop along the way to stretch and for the bathroom breaks. You don't want to have to be extra pressure in regards to time and getting to the vacation town to late. You have to keep in mind check -in times along with considerations for traffic. 5.
