It's with in my reach....

So I have launched my 30 day "Challenge" to feeling better.  I have been doing some self evaluation to see just what I can do to improve how I am feeling.  As I am setting her I am watching Robin Robbins  has been on a 175 day of recovery which is very encouraging that there is recovery.  I know that my condition is not has serious as hers but her determination only drives me to want to push harder to feel better.  I now realize that it takes a true true push.  No matter how it looks you can never ever give up!  You can never give in.. I am determined to get my body on track.  The pain that I experience is like that of a tractor trailer that has just stop and not moving... Can you visualize that....it does not feel good you see.

On this week I have removed the bad oh Coca-Cola out of my life.   I was an committed Coca-cola drinker.  Not to say that I will never have it again, but to say I will not be drinking it everyday two and three times a day.  I have begun to replace it with more healthier drink choices, like water and natural juices that will better benefit my body. No, it is not easy, but yes it can be done.  On next week, I plan to get back to exercising  and trying to be more mobile.  I am determined to win.  I know I can do it.  I will keep you posted as the weeks carry on.  And to you my readers if you are struggling with something, you are not along with GOD you can.  He gives me the strength that we need.

I feel that this was part of the plan for me. One day in July, I began to pray as well as write down the things I wanted and needed God to help me with. I needed direction as well as for him to go before me to help to work out the situations out for me. One of the things I needed the most attention was dealing with my financial situation.  For the most part, I had not really worked since my Surgery last year (sept. 2013). I really needed to know what to do in this situation. I prayed to God and decided to send my resume out resume out to a few places. Little did I know that the timing was so right.  It's so important to be in position to receive your blessing.  After ...

Vlog: Living with Chronic pain It a Journey, but still I smile. God give me strength on a daily basis. This is my first time doing a video on my journey of living with Fibromyalgia..I am thinking that maybe if I verbally share that O might have a greater impact on bringing awareness to the struggle that goes along with this condition. As this is an invisible illness that many times goes untreated and unrecognized. We have to find a cute and this will only come through education. What had been your experiences and how have you had to deal with the Ill ness? What modifications have you had to make?
