Info on Improving your "Fibro" Health

Information that I found and wanted to share about changing eating habits and suggestions to help with assisting with improving ones coping ability.... Millions suffer from fibromyalgia, a condition characterized by months of widespread pain, often accompanied by fatigue, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, cognitive difficulties, headaches,  low back pain , and other problems. Its cause is unknown and there is no known cure. In terms of reducing pain and other  fibromyalgia  symptoms, according to the latest review,  “Vegetarian diets could have some beneficial effects.” Based on what kind of evidence? In the above NutritionFacts.org video pick I review the 20 years of science we have so far, in which vegetarian and raw vegan diets were put to the test. So I have launched my 30 day "Challenge" to feeling better.  I have been doing some self evaluation to see just what I can do to improve how I am feeling.  As I am setting her I am watching Robin Robbins  has been on a 175 day of recovery which is very encouraging that there is recovery.  I know that my condition is not has serious as hers but her determination only drives me to want to push harder to feel better.  I now realize that it takes a true true push.  No matter how it looks you can never ever give up!  You can never give in.. Pain, Pain every where.  I called one of my doctors to see what could be done like change my medications.  The nurse finally called back to tell me the doctor wanted me to increase the Meloxicam  from 7.5 mg to 15 mg.  So now there is a new medication instruction (we will see how it goes). In the past I have tried to do things that might  and have not been able to complete because to I find it very hard to be focused and stay on track as the "PAIN" tends to be my guide.  In the next few days, I plan to begin this 30 day challenge to take my life back.  I have to wait a few days to get the things together to start this challe
