Recipes: Healing Fibro

I hope that your morning is getting off to a good start. I woke up feeling like a mack truck was stuck on park on my back. I have to keep moving though. I think that it would be helpful to start off with a good breakfast but I do not feel like cooking anything so I might just revert to one of my quick recipes for a smoothie. I will share three recipes with you today that might be beneficial to you. I recommend using these recipes with the nutribullet. www.nutribullet.com. If you do not have a nutribullet then a blender of choice will work fine.

Yesterday was a good day as it was my 43rd Birthday. Fashion Inspiration :Black and White

I have to inspire myself. 90% of the time I don't not feel well because of being in pain all the time but I am determined not to look like I feel. I have found out that your attitudes and responses to life situations determines how you are able to cope with the situation. Everyday, I try to get up with a positive attitude that today will be a good day. I must admit that it does take me longer to get ready than the average person. My goal is to look better than I feel.
