Having a little talk with Jesus.....Casting all your cares on him for he cares for you. He has already done so many great things in my life that I dare not give him praise. We may all be going through something right now, but we have to think on the good things and gain strength in knowing that he will never leave you or forsake. Psalms96 96 O sing unto the Lord a new song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth. 2 Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day. 3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people. 4 For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods. 5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens. 6 Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. 7 Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength. 8 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. 9 O wor

Healing Fibro: Protein Energy Drink for Women

Many of us who struggle with Fibromyalgia and other Chronic Pain conditions also deal with always feeling drained and tired. In most cases no matter how much sleep you get, for some reason you still just feel Super Tired. I know I am not ridding on this train alone. In research, I have learned that the diet play a great role in how one feels. I was told that I was Vitamin D deficient and I know have to take Vitamin D twice a week. I must admit that with my busy schedule that I am not really good at taking all that medication and I have to do other things to supplement in that regard. So what I have found to be helpful to me is to make smoothies and other fruit drinks to help me to get the nutrients that my body so desperately needs. So I have decided to share at least once a week recipes that I have found to be beneficial to me or ones that I plan to try. I hope that you will enjoy this series and will add comments or share your own recipes and tips to help us all feel better.

Cat & Dog fight... Just a Little fun for you today. Some times you have to fight for what you want. If you want to feel better keep fighting. Do not give up the fight. The prize in end is well worth the fight. Sometimes with Fibromyalgia, We loose our determination to push past the pain. I know I have been there, but I have to keep pushing because I have purpose and destination. I really do not like cats (well I fear cats) but I have observed them and they look for opportunities to get their prey.

Change is process and it takes planning to help you to prepare for the process.  A new year is a great time to evaluate where your are now and develop plans to help you to get to where you want to go.  In my early morning reading.  I was reading about how Jesus gave out the talents and how there was two who multiplied their talents and came back with more than what they were given.
