I have learned over the years that attitude is everything. The way you perceive things in your life and around you determines how you are able to deal with them. So today with that determination not to quit or give in I decided to get up in spite of how I feel and do my assignment. I made my children lunch and prepared them a breakfast smoothie and I'll share the recipe with you. BREAKFAST BLAST 1 serving blueberries 1 serving strawberries 1 serving frozen mangos 1 scoop vanilla Juice plus mix 1 serving all fruit punch to fill line ( we used pink lemonade) Blend 1-2 minutes and serve This was the best smoothie ever ..
