4.Exercise Daily (even if you can't go to gym do some type of regimen at home)
5.Eat well balanced meals (fruits and vegetables)
6. Take a time out - walking, reading or just being your quiet place.
7.Stay active, but pace yourself to keep from feeling overwhelmed.

Yesterday was a good day as it was my 43rd Birthday. I am thankful for my life and another opportunity to see another year. I sent most of the day with my mom with a little light shopping and brunch at Larry's pizza (local pizza place in my Little Rock) My outfit of choice was chosen from www.rue21.com as they had a 50% blow out sale for Memorial Day weekend....
