[tweetthis]My motto to look better than I feel![/tweetthis]
Start your day off with Smile! Easier said than done when you wake up feeling like a Mac Truck is on your back!
I have learned over the years that attitude is everything. The way you perceive things in your life and around you determines how you are able to deal with them.
So today with that determination not to quit or give in I decided to get up in spite of how I feel and do my assignment.

1 scoop vanilla Juice plus mix
1 serving all fruit punch to fill line ( we used pink lemonade)
Blend 1-2 minutes and serve
